PROMOTION CODE

I am having trouble applying my promotion code

Firstly, ensure that your purchase meets the Terms & Conditions listed on the voucher

  • Expiry date
  • Minimum Spend amount (if applicable)
  • Whether the voucher applies to sale items or excludes particular styles and collections.

Voucher codes are not case sensitive, please be sure there are no spaces between characters when you enter. For codes with a zero ‘0’ or an ‘O’ (letter), make sure you are entering the correct character. Ensure that once the code is entered you hit the "apply" button to the right of the field. If you do not hit ‘apply’ your discount will not calculate.

I have signed up for the newsletter. When will I receive my Welcome Code?

Once you sign up for the newsletter, you will receive a Welcome Email containing your $100 HKD code within 30 minutes. Please check your Spam and Junk Folders as sometimes emails may be diverted to these folders automatically.

MEMBERSHIP

I am already a Triumph member, how can I use my account in the online store?

You can log in with the email you provided when registering as a member. You will need to use "forgot password" and follow the instructions to reset your login password.
If you did not provide an email address during your member registration at the store, please contact us.

Are points accumulated separately for offline store members and online members?

No. Triumph's online and offline members are in sync, and you can earn 1 point for every 1 HKD purchase on both the official website and offline stores.
Please note that to enjoy member benefits on Triumph's official website, you must log in to your account with your email to check point balance and redeem cash coupons with points.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

How long will my order take to reach me?

Standard Delivery service usually takes between 5-7 business days, but it is dependent on your location.

How much are shipping and packing?

For Standard Delivery service, we charge a $35 HKD postage fee on orders under $500 HKD. On orders over $500 HKD, Standard Delivery Service is FREE.
For Click and collect in-store order, there is no shipping fee apply, irrespective of the value of the order.

How can I track my order?

We endeavor to dispatch your order the next working day, after receipt of your order and payment. All orders will be sent via SF Express Service. You can track your order via SF Express website using the parcel’s unique tracking number. You will be advised of this unique tracking number by email, once your order has been dispatched.

Can I input an SF Express EF Locker address for shipping?

We can deliver your parcel to SF Express EF Locker Locations, please mindful that the locker code starts with "H852" or "H853" is a must field information, you can add the code in the first address line. Click here to check the locker code

Do you post orders to addresses outside Hong Kong SAR & Macau SAR?

No. At present, hk.triumph.com will send goods only to addresses within Hong Kong SAR & Macau SAR

If I am outside of Hong Kong SAR & Macau SAR, can I still place an order online?

We are more than happy for you to do so, provided your shipping address is within Hong Kong SAR & Macau SAR. You can input your billing address different than your shipping address. Remember your order will be billed in HKD.

ORDERING

Can I change my mind once my order is processed?

Once your order has been completed in the system, the only changes we can make are to cancel your order or to swap a size or colour (provided the swapped colour is of equal value). However, if your order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend or cancel your order. Contact us by email atcustcare.hk@triumph.com or Live Chat in order to make these arrangements

What payment forms do you accept?

Triumph HK e-shop accepts payment via credit card (MasterCard or VISA), AMEX and Alipay(HK).

Is my payment secure on your site?

Credit Card & Alipay payments are processed via AsiaPay’s ‘PayDollar’ payment service, which means your financial transaction happens within the bank’s secure environment and not on this website. Your credit card details are not stored on this website.

My credit card details are not being accepted. Why would this be happening?

Please check that:
• There are no spaces between digits
• Your card has not expired
• You have entered the correct security code (the last 3 digits of the number that appears on the signature panel.)

How do I know if my payment has been accepted?

When your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email indicating the contents and value of the order, and the current order status.

What if there's an error during the payment process?

If there is an error during payment processing, no email will be sent to you. The contents of your shopping cart will remain as you had selected and will be restored next time you log in to Triumph Online provided you have shopped through your account. For peace of mind, please check your Credit Card or Alipayrecords to confirm that no payment has been made from your account

There was an error but the system won’t let me try payment again.

Sometimes if there is an error it will lock the transaction. An error message will pop up saying you need to call the Customer Service team. Please contact us by email atcustcare.hk@triumph.com or Live Chat

Do you place items on back order?

Unfortunately, we do not have the facility to place items on back order. If in the unlikely instance that your order has been processed but we do not have an item, we will refund the account from which the purchase was made. You will receive an email advising that this has been completed.

RETURNS

How long do I have to return my garments?

You have 7 calendar days from the purchase date to return your items to Triumph.

Can I return the garments I have received?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or simply just changed your mind, you can return your garments to us in original condition (with all ticketing and labelling still attached). Click here to review Return Policy

What if I want to Exchange rather than Refund?

We can certainly exchange a garment for you provided you want to exchange for the same style, just different colour/size. The value of the garment you wish to change to, needs also to be the same as the one you are returning.
If you want to exchange an item not meeting those criteria, then we will raise a refund to your original method of payment account, leaving you free to re-purchase from the online shopping site at your leisure

What is ‘original condition’?

‘Original condition’ means the garments are - Clean, unworn and unwashed, with all ticketing and labelling still attached to the garment/s, just as they were when you opened your parcel

How will I receive my refund?

You will have a credit raised against the account from which you made your original purchase. You will be notified via email when the credit has been raised. Be mindful that it may take up to 14 working days for the refund to show on your account statement, it depends on your card issuing bank refund process time.

Can I return sale merchandise?

We do not accept any on sale or clearance products or gift items as these sales are considered final. Any non-qualified and non-conforming returns will be rejected. You will be billed for the return shipping cost if you want the good(s) sent back to you. Otherwise, the good(s) will be disposed of

What if I purchased my items on a special offer or promotion – how much do I get refunded?

If you purchase during one of our special offers with a promotion code, you are welcome to return an item or items for any reason within 7 calendar days. Please be mindful that we will only refund the actual amount you have paid after the discount

Can I return my items to a store?

We can certainly exchange a garment for you in a Triumph Store (excluding department store and outlets) with order confirmation or e-receipt, provided you want to exchange to the same style, just different colour/size. The value of the garment must be the same as the one you are returning. If your required item does not meet these criteria you will need to return via the Online Returns process as outlined above

How long does it take to process my Exchange/Refund?

Returns parcels can take up to 7 days to reach our warehouse and another 7 days for your exchange or refund to be processed. We therefore ask that you allow 2 weeks from the date you post your garments back to receive notification of your refund or receiving your new exchange parcel. If it has been longer than 2 weeks, please contact our customer care team with your original Order number at custcare.hk@triumph.com.

What kinds of bras do you sell?

We sell a variety of bras from push up bras, t-shirt bras, sports bras and minimiser bras. Our cup sizes range from ‘A’ cup being the smallest to ‘F’ cup being the largest. How do I care for my bras?

To ensure your bras maintain their shape and have a long life, we recommend handing wash your bras with cold water and line drying in the shade. Washing and drying in electric washers/dryers can result in reshaping the bra and/or tears in the fabric due to the delicate nature of the construction. Additionally, we recommend storing your bras with both cups face up and the clasp shut. This will maintain the bra shape

What is the difference between a Subscription and creating an Account?

When choosing to Subscribe you are giving permission for us to update you of our Special Offers, Latest Trends, New Styles and other exciting news from the World of Triumph. You are unable to log into the Triumph Online shopping site if you only have a subscription.

When you create an Account you are required to provide a ‘login’ and ‘password’ of your choosing. This will enable you to enjoy member’s privilege such as adding items to your ‘wishlist’, welcome offer and earn bonus points after any online purchases

I've encountered Triumph sale ads in social media indicating super low price, is that true?

Recently, we noticed that different websites or social platform pages are pretending to be Triumph brand to create false advertising and possibly carried on scam activities. Triumph would like to restate that our official online channels ONLY include hk.triumph.com and HKTVMALL.

Triumph especially reminds you to be vigilant and to protect your personal data from illegal fraud. There is no guarantee for counterfeit goods purchased through non-official channels. To protect your own rights, be sure to check the authenticity before shopping!
